Jennifer Ann Bruggman, age 45, of Westville passed away peacefully Sunday, February 26th, 2017 with her family and friends by her side. Jennifer was a very spiritual person who loved the beach and never let her work lead her life. She touched many lives and her spirit will be with us always. Jennifer is survived by her mother Kathy Bruggman (Friend Warren Zane), sister Rene (Joe) Monticolo, niece and nephew Laura and Mason, sister Steph (Billy) Johnson, nephew and niece Raymond and Gracie. Also by her partner Jeff Schafer and stepson Liam and Beloved Pet Toby. Jen was pre-deceased by her father Raymond William Bruggman Jr. Family and Friends are invited to visit from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051, with burial to follow at Woodbury Memorial Park in West Deptford, NJ 08096.
