Manuel J. Suarez Jr. age 74, of Mullica Hill (Mantua Township) passed away Thursday, April 6th, 2017 with his family by his side. Manuel was a member of Carpenter's Union Local 393. He enjoyed spending his time as a member of the Dividing Creek Deer Club, and going crabbing, fishing, hunting, and antiquing. He also enjoyed gardening, and had a true passion for woodworking. Manuel was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather.
Manuel is survived by his loving wife Claudette (nee Shensky) his daughters Denise Suarez, Karen Suarez, Kristine (Allen) Valentine, and Linda (Arnaud) Voermans. Grandchildren Olivia Suarez, Josie and Andre Voermans. Also by brothers Ronnie (Dorothy), Michael (Kelly), and Steven (Denise) Suarez, his sisters Evelyn (Joe) Quinn, Geraldine Suarez, and Theresa (Kevin) Ragen.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 6:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday April 11th and Wednesday April 12th from 9:00am to 10:30am at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday at Church of the Incarnation 240 Main Street, Mantua Township, NJ 08051 with burial to follow at Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro, NJ 08020.
