William R. Foltz Jr. "Bill" age 61, of Elmer passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021. William recently retired from Wheels Clipper Group where he worked in Sales. Bill enjoyed spending time with his family. He also loved fishing, and enjoyed trains.

William is survived by Tracy (nee Resh) Foltz, “Dear Old Dad” to son Joshua Foltz and daughter-in-law, Carly, daughter, Jen Nichols (Steve), grandchildren Olivia, Michael, Mason, Dexter, Gavin, and Ava. Also, by sister, Cris Rodriguez (Lou). Predeceased by his parents William R. and Ann Foltz.
Family and Friends are invited to a Memorial gathering from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051, Service to be held at 12pm for Family and Close friends. Burial to be private.
