Alfred S. Caltabiano Jr., “Chicky” age 76, of Mullica Hill, NJ passed away after an intense battle with cancer on Saturday, May 13, 2023.  Born in Swedesboro, NJ to the late Alfred S. Caltabiano Sr. and Josephine T. (nee Anzaldo).  Chicky resided in Mullica Hill for most of his life and worked on the family farm, Diamond C. Orchards.  He enjoyed flying his own plane, snowmobiling, hunting in Maine, crabbing in Fortescue and passing time with friends at the Harrison House in Mullica Hill. 

He is survived by his children, Alfred S. Caltabiano III (Christine Maculewicz), Nicholas Caltabiano (Rebecca Johnson) and Katrina Caltabiano, son-in-law, Jason Cancilla, grandchildren, Ciara Maculewicz, Trenton Maculewicz, Alyssa Cancilla, Chase Caltabiano, and Cayden Caltabiano, siblings, Alfina “Freda” Barbagallo, Ann Marie Licciardello (Sam Licciardello), Ronald Caltabiano (Sue Ann Musumeci), sister-in-law Lenora Caltabiano, and countless nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his children Rebecca Cancilla (nee Caltabiano), Victoria Caltabiano, siblings, Mario C. Caltabiano (Joyce Brown), Phillip Caltabiano, and brother-in-law, Vernon Barbagallo. 

Family and friends may visit from 9:45 - 10:45 am on Thursday, May 25th, at Catholic Community of The Holy Spirit at Holy Name of Jesus Parish Center, 17 Earlington Ave., Mullica Hill, NJ where a Funeral Mass will be held at 11 am.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Alfred’s memory can be made to the American Cancer Society.  Click here to donate online.
