Amelia B. Watson, age 76, of Brooklyn, NY, entered the Lord’s loving embrace on Friday, July 1, 2022. Amelia was retired from St. Barnabas Hospital in New York, where she worked as a medical Lab Technician. Amelia was a world traveler who enjoyed spending her time attending dance and theater performances, shopping, gardening, practicing the art of Tai Chi and heaping love and gifts upon her children, grandchild and pets. Amelia was a three-time cancer survivor, lover of cheesecake and generous soul who brought joy to all she encountered.

She is survived by her son James Anthony Watson, daughter-in-law Sandra Watson, daughter Jessica Watson and son-in-law Omar Morales-Armstrong, granddaughter Erica Morales-Armstrong, as well as her sister Carol Carter-Mims. Amelia also leaves behind a trove of nieces, nephews and loving friends.

Family and Friends are invited to visit from 9:45 am to 10:45 am on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Church of Incarnation 240 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Church of Incarnation; interment to be private.
