Obituary for Andrew J. Pricoli

Andrew J. Pricoli, age 50, passed away on April 12, 2014 at his home in Mantua where he lived for 24 years. Andrew was a graduate of Pitman High School in 1981, and Glassboro State College in 1985 with a degree in Law & Justice, and just recently retired after 30 years with UPS.
Andy was an independent person who enjoyed music, reading, sports, travel, and a good game of chess. He enjoyed the live music of concerts, and taught himself to play the guitar. He was well-versed in many topics, particularly, history due to his love of reading. Most of us believe he was born a Washington Redskins fan. Win or lose, his devotion to the team never wavered. He was also an avid Phillies fan, and made it a quest to travel to stadiums throughout the US to watch them play. Son of the late William and Margaret Pricoli, he is survived by his brother, William (Helene) Pricoli, and nephew Christopher, and his sisters Sarah and Jane Pricoli, and Margaret (Brian) DeAscentiis.
Family and friends describe Andy as a "diamond in the rough." He lived simply and cared deeply, and he will be forever in our hearts. Relatives and friends may join the family Wednesday, April 23 for Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM at Catholic Community of the Holy Spirit at Holy Name of Jesus Church, 17 Earlington Avenue, Mullica Hill. Interment will be in Holy Name of Jesus Cemetery, Mullica Hill, NJ. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com
