Obituary for Bernice "Ginger" Allegra (Rosenhall)

Bernice “Ginger" Allegra age 95, of West Deptford Township passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023. She was born in Lynden, WA to the late Fritz Rosenhall and Gertrude (nee Pritchard). Her late husband Michael was the manager of Woodbury Lanes and together they made many friends during his 30 years at the bowling alley. She was an avid bowler and traveled to local and national tournaments. Ginger loved Las Vegas and trips to the casinos to play the slots. She was an artist and painted fine china. Ginger was always reading (sometimes a book a day), was a chocoholic, enjoyed Jersey tomatoes and she loved all animals.

Wife of the late Michael Allegra, she is survived by her children, Linda Locker (Keith) of Gloucester City, Lisa Ridgeway (Harry) of West Deptford, and Scott Allegra (John) of FL.; grandchildren, Wendy Thompson of Wildwood Crest, Keith Locker Jr. (Jen) of Gloucester City, and Jessica Vazquez (Gino) of Prospect Park, PA,; and great grandchildren, Justin, Dylan, Noah and Naomi. Ginger was predeceased by her son, Michael White, and her brother, George Rosenhall.
