Obituary for Carol J. Poore (Skinner)
Carol Poore, age 73 of Mantua, NJ passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2020. Predeceased by her husband Ronald Poore and daughter Carol Jo Mead (Jim), she is survived by her sister, BobbieJo Miller (Clarence), daughters, Tamara Hillary and Linda Wiese (Brian), and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Carol was born on February 11,1947 in West Virginia. She spent many years working in kitchens alongside her husband, Ronnie, serving food. Carol loved time spent with her family and being involved with her church. She was a huge Elvis Presley fan, and an avid bingo goer.
Family and friends are welcome to join us Saturday, February 22nd, at Mantua United Methodist Church, 201 Mantua Blvd., Mantua, NJ 08051 to pay respects at 10 am with a memorial following at 11 am, with a luncheon to follow at church. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her name (Carol Poore) can be made to the Mantua United Methodist Church at the address above.
