Charles Sammacicci age 72, of Mantua Township passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2020. Born in Philadelphia to the late Carmine and Kathleen Sammacicci, he was a retired truck driver for Consolidated Freightways. In his spare time he enjoyed cigars, drinking scotch and playing cards, especially playing poker & pinochle.

He is survived by his wife Katherine "Cass" Sammacicci (Sheppard); three children, Lisa (Herb) Sammacicci, Joseph (Kathleen) Pusatere and Kristen (Robert) Watson; seven grandchildren, Tachae Jackson, Larelle Jackson, Jezerae Jackson, Stacey Watson, Drake Watson, James McGeehan and Cameron McGeehan; six great grandchildren, Syre, Titan, Pharaoh, Carmello, Rowan and Casey; his siblings, Edward (Shirley) Sammacicci, Nicholas (Margie) Sammacicci, Marc (Barbara) Sammacicci, Christopher (Natalie) Sammacicci, Carmine (Tracey) Sammacicci, Joan (Thomas) Schaubeck and Rita (Ronald) Butler; and many nieces & nephews. Charles was predeceased by his daughter, Stacey Pusatere and sister, Kathleen Boyden.
