Charlotte Ann Higgins age 79, of Sewell, NJ passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018. Born in Milton, PA to Arling Lee Brewer and Mae Ernestine (Schreck), she worked as a bookkeeper for Woodbury Country Club and Woodbine Country Club. Charlotte was an avid Philadelphia Eagles Fan.

Wife of the late James P.J. Higgins, she is survived by her daughter Donna L. Kessler (William Watts) and John Buehler (Cynthia), four grandchildren Melissa Delgado (Rafael), James Kessler (Dawn), Adam Buehler, Rael Buehler, 7 great grandchildren and sister her sister, Cheryl.
