Dave helped me when I needed it

Dave Raup was the best support person ever.  In a real sense, he was the "voice of Sielox", the voice at the other end of the line with the answers.  I never met him, but I knew he would likely pick up the phone if I called in after 1700 (or 1800) in NJ, and I'd pictdure him as the last guy in the building--probably working on something important, but taking the time to answer my call.  More than once he called me a couple of days after I had placed a support call, having gone away and done some research in the meantime, hatching a convoluted work-around for a problem.  Sometimes he had to tell me something wasn't possible, but I knew that if he said it then I could take it to the bank.  My techs and I, we're going to miss him.
