Deb,knowing that you are no longer suffering is what’s getting us through this unimaginable time.It was heartbreaking to watch what you went though on a daily basis and Karen never gave up wanting to see you happy reuniting with Your Daughter was first on the list whatever you wanted to do she was there to make sure you were there and comfortable from Doctors ,ALS meetings , Washington DC, just sitting watching you favorite TV show Or having sister chats on your board .It made it a little easier that you were still able to communicate to up till the last few days. I know it was tearing her up inside. Thank god for Family, Friends and the ALS Association, The time that we spent with you Will always be tucked away in my heart for the years to come.
I will stay on this mission to find a cure for ALS.

"The Sisters"...Debbie & Karen...we met under difficult circumstances and you both showed us that ALS can rob people of many things but NOT a LOVE OF LIFE!! You brought smiles, love & laughter wherever you went....we looked forward to our meetings with you & wondered what stories you'd have to share this time...never a dull moment & always up to something....Thank you for touching our lives & giving us some wonderful memories. Love you, Stephanie
