Obituary for Doris Mae Carothers (Simpson)
Doris M. Carothers (Simpson), age 87 passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 5th, 2022. She was surrounded by the love of her children. Doris raised her seven children by herself in the small town of Barnsboro.
She will be sadly missed and remembered by her children Kathy, John (JoAnne), Ron (Annette), Dawn (Dan), and Marie (Ed), 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, her sister-in-law Joan Simpson, 3 nieces and 1 nephew. She is predeceased by her parents Walt and Mae Simpson, 2 children Kolleen, and Bobby, and 2 grandchildren Brian and Phillip.
Services are private at the request of the family.
