Dorothy G. Hicks-Smith age 87, of Thorofare passed peacefully Friday, April 29, 2022. Dorothy spent 30 years working for McDonald's as a cashier in Woodbury Heights. She enjoyed spending her time going camping, sitting around campfires, creating ceramics, spending time with her family and always enjoyed her coffee.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter Cynthia Fischer (Ralph), seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Also by her brothers Clarence Goebel and Richard Goebel and sister Annamae Martin. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Albert Waldo Smith and son William G. Hicks Sr., and her brother George Goebel and sister Katherine Cannon.

Family and Friends are invited to visit from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051, with burial to follow at Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro, NJ 08020.
