The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Dorothy Mirabello can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

My 2nd mom

Mrs. M, as we affectionately called her, was my 2nd mom from the time I was twelve years old.  After my daddy's passing, I spent many a day crying at her kitchen table and she was just the shoulder that I needed. She hugged me, let me cry, and then insisted I have something to eat and drink.  I will always have a special place in my heart for her and will miss her very much.

My last visit with her was this past November and I am certain that she knew who I was as her eyes lit up when I spoke to her.

I am happy that she is finally at peace and with her beloved, "Tommy".

Mrs. M, say "hi" to my daddy and I'll see you on the other side.
