Edna McLeer Weber of "Thorofare" West Deptford Twp., age 80 passed away at home on June 9, 2022. Born in Philadelphia to the late William McLeer and Ida M. (nee Moran), she was raised by her father and her stepmother, Mildred (nee Morrison) after Ida's death. Edna graduated from John W. Hallahan R.C. Girls High School. She moved to West Deptford, NJ in 1957, was employed by Bell Telephone of PA, and retired from U.S. General Services Administration. Edna also was a real estate agent for Cardinal Realty in Woodbury. She loved to read and loved walking to and from various places. Edna also loved meeting up with her friends for breakfast at the Gateway Diner in Westville. She and her husband loved to travel especially to Melborne, FL.

Edna is survived by her beloved husband Gary Weber, loving step-son Kirk Alan Weber of Bridgeton, sister Eleanor Smith & her husband Robert of DE, step brother Sam Young & his wife Judie of Woodbury, brothers, William McLeer & his wife Judy of Delran and Richard McLeer & his wife Carolyn of West Deptford Twp, niece, Nancy Williams & her husband Bill, brothers and sisters in-laws, Carol Haag & her husband Alan of Medford, Jack Weber of Mantua, Donna Clifford & her husband Bruce of Mullica Hill, Craig Weber & his wife Peggy of DE, Ann Brunner of Elmer, Walt Leibfarth of Swedesboro, and many nieces & nephews. She is also survived by close friends Jo Hogan, Laura Cunard, Dennis Evinger, Nels Geary, and her caretakers & friends Kathleen & Jimmy Gibson. She is pre-deceased by special nephew Brian M. Smith, niece Deborah L. Young, nephew William McLeer, and special friend Matthew J. Fisher.

Family and Friends may visit from 6 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, June 16th and from 10 am to 11 am on Friday, June 17th at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ where a funeral service will be held at 11 am.
