Obituary for Edward H. Long
Edward H. Long age 78, of Mullica Hill passed peacefully Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at home. Edward was retired from Campbell Soup Company (1960-1992) and Camden County Health Services (1992-2007). Edward proudly served as President of the Union while working for Campbell Soup Co. He was a graduate of Camden High School Class of 1960. In his free time, he enjoyed woodworking and gardening.
Edward is survived by his son, Edward C. Long and his wife Gayle from Mullica Hill; grandson, Phillip E. Long; sister Barbara DiNinno; and brother-in-law, Charles W. Stankiewicz (Patricia). Edward was predeceased by his loving wife Patricia J. (Nee Stankiewicz), his parents Edward and Jean Long, his brother Joseph Long, and sister Jeanie Long.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 9:30 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am at Smith Funeral Home. Final interment to be private.
