Eugene M. "Audie" Mowbray age 89, of Mullica Hill, formerly of Cape May & Ewan passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022. Born in Oaklyn to the late John M. Mowbray and Eva P. (nee Hurley), he was raised in Mantua. Gene served in the US Army during the Korean War and after his service began a career at NJ Bell Telephone, retiring at the age of 55 years old. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, riding his bike, and puttering around his home.

Gene is survived by his wife of 65 years, Jean K. Mowbray (nee Kier), two daughters Linda Mowbray (Tom Lail) of Repaupo and Terri Griest (Dan) of Lititz, PA, two grandchildren, Emily & Tim Griest, and his brother Arthur Stilwell. He was also predeceased by his brother, John Mowbray.
