Condolence: My friend my dear true friend. You were more then just a work friend to me Uncle Frank. You were a mentor a teacher and a true delight to be around. I can’t thank you enough for every kindness you showed me and I’ll miss you forever. You taught me a lot about the wrenches but even more about life. I love you Frank I miss you. Angelo.

Condolence: I met Frank in late 2018, when we became the HVAC contractor over at Lakeview Apts. All I can say is, my only regret, is not having the fortune to meet Frank sooner. Used to look forward to getting in early and talking to Frank to start the day. A great guy. Truly sorry for the loss of the Whibley family. Truly it was my pleasure getting to know Frank. I know I speak for my guys, he is missed.

God speed Frank. See you on the other side buddy..

Condolence: My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends.
Mr. Frank, Ill miss you and our talks. I learned a lot from you over the last (almost) 20 yrs. No matter the discussion, we always managed to find the humor. Hearing you chuckle, made me chuckle. Priceless! Ill always remember your soft eyes, caring nature, and one-liners, and humble disposition. And, I've told (through prayer) my grandmother's about your homecoming,
they will watch over you. Again here, thank you for being you. Im a better person because you made your way into my journey. 💗

Condolence: I’m sorry for your loss and offer my condolences Jean, Chris and family. I have had the pleasure of being Franks’s Wilmar rep at Lakeview for his entire career at the property. We were friends and spoke and saw each other on an almost weekly basis. He would often speak of you all and the dogs lovingly and I feel like I know you even though we never met in person. We always took time to discuss our personal lives with each other. He had a BIG heart and was a loyal and loving man.I will miss him and will keep him and you all in my prayers.🙏☮️❤️
