George W. Davis age 81, of West Deptford, passed away at home on Friday, October 7, 2016. George was a boat captain, loved fishing in Fortescue on his boat Ada May, and enjoyed country music.

George is survived by his wife, Kathryn Davis (nee Ledrich), his children, James L. Davis (Roseanne) of Perkasie, PA, Donald Davis (Cindy) of Fortescue, NJ, Debra Davis of FL & George Davis, Jr. (Barbara) of Millville, NJ; his grandchildren, Brooke Watson (Stephan), Holley Davis, James Davis, Sean Davis, Bill Davis, and Shannon Lore; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Haleigh, Holeigh, Ashlyn & Bralyn Davis & Kaylee Watson; and sister Patrica Bell (George) of West Deptford. He was three days predeceased by his grandson, Donny Davis who is survived by his wife Kate.

Relatives and friends may visit from 10 AM to 11 AM on Saturday, November 19th, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua where a memorial service will be held at 11 AM.
