Obituary for George H. Vollmer
George H. Vollmer age 72, of Deptford Twp. passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019. Born in Philadelphia to the late George F. Vollmer and Emma (Kunze), he worked for the Audubon Board of Education and was a former Fire Chief of New Sharon Fire Department. In his spare time, he enjoyed saltwater fishing and was an avid NASCAR Fan.
Husband of the late Audrey M. (Shuster), he is survived by his two sons, George A. Vollmer and Paul A. Vollmer (Jeanette); three grandchildren, Brett Vollmer and Carl and Miranda Pankok; and three great-grandchildren, Marley and Maple Sample and Logan Pankok.
Family and Friends may visit from 9 am to 11 am on Tuesday, December 10th, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ where a funeral service will be held at 11 am.
