Gerald "Jerry" Fahr age 86, of "Pine Acres" Deptford Township passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. Born in Albany, NY to the late Robert Fahr and Mabel (nee Colfax). Jerry was raised in Bellmawr, NJ. He served in the Coast Guard Reserve. He was a Master Plumber and owned his own business "Jerry Fahr Plumbing and Heating". Jerry was also a Plumbing Inspector for Deptford Township, Glassboro and several other municipalities and boroughs. Jerry was a long time member of the Gloucester County Master Plumbers Association. Jerry was a coach and former President of the Oak Valley Athletic Association (OVAA) for many years. Jerry was a skilled scroll saw craftsman and an avid bowler. He loved fishing, his vegetable garden, and country music.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 64 years, Louise (nee Seger); four children, Kathy Fahr, Jerry Fahr, Larry Fahr & his wife Joyce, and Bernice Takacs & her husband Mike; six grandchildren, Olivia, Kevin, Jennifer, Shelby, Kaylie, and Destiny; and his sister, Mae Komesaruk.
