Obituary for Grace Visalli
Grace Visalli age 87, of Mullica Hill passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at her home. Grace was born and lived in Mullica Hill all of her life. She attended elementary school in Mullica Hill and graduated from Glassboro High School in 1953.
Grace was extremely hard working and dedicated to her family and the farm. Never a day would go by that she wasn’t either working in the packing house or sorting the produce for the market. What started out as a small step in front of their house has turned into the business today that serves neighboring residents and seasonal travelers for generations. Her pride and joy was making sauce on Sundays and pizzelles and homemade cannolis during the holidays.
Wife of Joseph Visalli, survived by 2 sons, Joe Visalli, Jr., Mike Visalli (MC), daughter in law Kristin Visalli and daughter in law Carlene Visalli, grandchildren CJ (Jessica), Becky, Michael, Lauren, Ryan, Annalise, Lucia and great grandchildren Peyton and Charlie.
Predeceased by her son Charles J. Visalli, her parents Lucy & Joseph Vasta, her sister and brother.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, May 9, 2022 at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051 and Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 9:30 am to 10:45 am at Church Of The Incarnation 240 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Holy Name Of Jesus Cemetery in Mullica Hill, NJ.
