Harold F. Orens age 88, of Sewell passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018 at United Methodist Communities at Pitman. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War as a rifleman and radioman in the 25th Infantry Division, achieving the rank of Corporal, and was awarded the Bronze Star. Medal. Hal retired after working 35 years at Mobil Oil in Paulsboro. He was an active member and servant of Mantua United Methodist Church, who enjoyed golf, bowling, and camping. Hal and Peg were the Founders of the Jr. Starliters, and were both active with the Spotliters. Hal helped in many ways and was fondly known as "Ticket Man". Loving husband of the late Peg, he is survived by his son David and his wife Mary, grandchildren, Jennifer (Vito), Steven, Jeffrey, Carrie (Kimberly). Family and Friends are invited to visit from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, November 14th, at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051 and from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, November 15th, at United Methodist Church Of Mantua 201 Mantua Blvd Mantua, NJ 08051.
