Condolences

Condolence From: Michel Gigante
Condolence: Janis was nicknamed "Jake" by Mom and that's the name that always pops into my head when I think of her. Quiet but not shy, honest and sensitive, generous and sharing, and a smile that we loved and none of us will forget. So for all of us that knew her as "our baby sister" she lives foreverin our hearts.

Condolence From: Sister Leslie
Condolence: My dear sister Janis I cannot begin to comprehend how you will be missed. Always first on the steps for Christmas morning. No one could of ever imagined our baby sister would be the fist to leave our Earthly world. I also know that Life has been pretty much on your own terms. I know that someone with the heart and kindness you showed everyone everyday in some small or big way has to be on the fast track for those Angel wings. You have given us all so much. All the times you put family together. You’re just an all around great kid. I’m not ready to see you which god reminded me this week with the flu. It was difficult not growing up with are brother Jesse during my 30,s and onward, but I always felt in so many small ways he was helping me. It could be a tool he owned or that his good friends Trudy & Bob live behind me. Now I know when my time is here it will be you I will look for and comfort that will give me. Liz is amazing Janis. Maybe your the only one who truly knows how amazing. Thank you sister Janis for just being you. All my Love Leslie “leckey” Hey Sis I got the math question wrong to make this post. I know we are both laughing.

Condolence From: Aunt Lois
Condolence: Kind is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Janis... Can't imagine the grief her husband, daughter, brothers and sisters are going through. As the youngest of tightly bound siblings, her life was shared and enjoyed by all. Her gift of many wonderful memories to each of you will stay in your hearts and lives until you reunion. Her mother, Margaret, once confided to me that she "worried the most about this one". I know that because of God's grace, Margaret holds her again in her arms.

Condolence: Janis and I were classmates at Pitman High School. I remember Jasis with a shy smile and a soft giggle. She was so friendly and kind and I can see her face so clearly now as if she were walking right past me in the hall. I always thought Janis was a serious student, but I know she laughed a lot and joked around with the rest of us! I have no doubt Janis was the sweet, loving, fun mom her daughter so lovingly described. I am also sure that she fought her battle bravely. It is never easy to see our parents battle illness as so many do, but their strength can be such an inspiration and the peace of their passing such a blessing as well. I am so very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers during this very sad time are with you all.

Condolence: You are truly the greatest mother ever. You were always there for me. You were a class mom, on the PTO, came on all my class trips. You always let me have friends over and we'll never forget our annual Pickle Juice Parties. I am so proud to call you my mom. You are the most amazingly open hearted person I know. Everything I am is because of you. There's not a moment that goes by that I don't think of you. You are all around me and I know you're watching me from above. I will always cherish all of our silly laughs and good times. You are my favorite person to talk to. I'm glad you have so many sisters because I see a piece of you in each of them. Thanks for being such an animal lover because it is such a huge part of who I am today. You battled cancer so bravely and I couldn't be more proud of how hard you fought. You went to Heaven on your terms and I am so glad you're free and pain free now. I hope it's beautiful in Heaven and you can ride around on your motorcycle. I know that Grandmom Green, Grandmom Carlin, and Uncle Jesse welcomed you with open arms. I'm sure you look beautiful with angel wings and you're always watching me. I love you in life and death. You don't have to worry about anything now. You are at peace. I love you FOREVER. Love, Liz

Condolence: My dear sister Janis,I am so saddened to here that you went to meet the Lord yesterday. You were the sweetest kindest person I have ever known and I will miss you so much. I know that Mom and Jesse were waiting for you when you crossed over as well as your father. They wait for us and sooner or later we all will be together again. Life does not end here, we just go somewhere else. I hope when it is my time to cross over, your waiting for me and your the first one I see. I love you sweetheart, your at peace now.
