Joan Marie Powell (Zima) age 77, of Pitman, NJ passed away Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Jefferson Hospital at Washington Township. Joan was born in Philadelphia, PA where she spent her younger years before moving her family to South Jersey. Joan was employed with Visiting Angels where she enjoyed caring for others in need. She also enjoyed boating, her cat ZeeBee, red wine, and taking trips to Atlantic City. Joan’s favorite program was WWE Monday night RAW where she never missed an episode in all the years that it’s been running.

Joan is survived by two daughters, Deborah Gaglione and her husband Michael, Antoinette McGuire and her husband Edward, four grandchildren, Michael Gaglione Jr., Samanatha Gaglione (Alex), Kristen Spieker (James), Shianne Sunderhauf, great grandson Elliott Alexander Spieker, sister Helen Moteles and niece Pam Moteles. Predeceased by sister Charlotte Bindo.
