Joey Lynn Helvitson (nee Gannon) age 43, of Pennsville passed away Friday, October 30, 2020. Joey Lynn was a 1995 Clearview High School graduate, and a 1999 Rowan University graduate. She participated in Relay for Life and was a Girl Scout volunteer. Joey was employed with Healthcare Commons as a Crisis Screener. In her spare time she enjoyed Shore, The Poconos, couponing, and spending time with friends and family.
Loving wife of husband, Michael Helvitson; also survived by daughter, Ryleigh; mother, Mary Ann Gannon (nee Ramer); step father, Jeff Weigle; father, Joseph Gannon; sister, Christine Folker; brother-in-law, Jody Clauss; brothers, Daniel Gannon and Quintin Weigle; grandmother, Mary Ramer; nieces, Cali and Lexy Folker; and many, many, cousins and friends.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, November 4th and from 9:30 am to 10:30 am Thursday, November 5th, at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 am with burial to follow at Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro, NJ. In lieu of flowers, and Educational Fund has been set up for Ryleigh, any donations may be given to Michael.
