Obituary for John Danze

John Danze age 92, of Deptford passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2016. John is survived by his wife Anna Danze (Puleo), 2 sons Carmen Danze and his wife Noreen, Nicholas and his wife Nancy, 4 grandchildren Nick, Stefanie and her husband Tim, Christopher, John and wife Amanda, 4 great grandchildren Garret, Gavin, Matthew, Gina, sister Aida Cottone and husband Antonio, and brother Santino Danze. Dad fought in WWII in the Italian army and was a prisoner of war. He was an artisan wood carver and a cabinet maker. Immigrated to US in 1960 to improve the life of his family. Family and home were paramount to Dad. His unconditional love for the love of his life, Anna of 71 years was of tremendous joy in his life. All of his grandchildren and great grandchildren were a source of pride to him. He was a Superintendent of a cabinet making shop he created for the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia for which he was so proud. Dad loved to garden and build things of wood. Family and Friends are invited to visit from 9:00 am to 10:45 am on Saturday, July 2nd, at Infant Jesus Parish At St. Margaret's Church 845 Third Street Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday. Entombment to follow at New St. Mary's Mausoleum in Bellmawr, NJ.
