Obituary for John J. Norris Jr.
John J. Norris Jr., age 67, of Glassboro passed away Friday, June 18, 2021. He graduated from Clearview Regional High School in Class of 1971, he was employed with Verizon as a Technician. He enjoyed woodworking and carving, traveling, and historic places. He loved everything to do with space and NASA. John also loved spending time with his pets and grandchildren.
John is survived survived by his wife, Lee Anne (nee Taylor), children, John J. Norris III (Chrissy), Steven Hawk, Shawn Hawk and Amy Parisano (James), grandchildren, Steven, Evelyn, Ryan, Cadence, Freyja Claire and brother, Brian Norris (Lisa). He is also survived by his in-laws, Jennifer, Donna, Robert (JoAnn), Kelly (Chris) and Paul (Lisa). John was predeceased by his parents, John & Reba Norris, brother, Glenn Norris, and in-laws, Richard, and Nancy Taylor.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 9:30 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, June 24th, 2021 at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, with burial to follow at Manahath Cemetery in Glassboro, NJ .
