Obituary for Judith Adele McDonald

Judith Adele McDonald age 57, of Mullica Hill, NJ passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 19, 2023 while vacationing in Egypt. Born in Philadelphia, she graduated from Washington Township High School Class of 1983.

She is survived by her children, Frank McDonald and Megan McDonald; son-in-law, Lee Burkholder; granddaughter, Brooklyn Burkholder; her father, Richard Nardella; her sister, Dana Durante & her husband John. Loving aunt to Kristina (Edmund), Richard (Ashley), and Serina, and great aunt to Bennett, Olivia, and Juliet. Judy was predeceased by her son, Michael McDonald, and her mother, Judith Nardella (nee Decker).

Judy was the CEO for her family business, Nardella Inc., in Philadelphia. She founded her own non-profit organization that helped homeless families and helped with animal rescues. She loved photography, traveling, riding motorcycles, collecting antiques, and making jewelry. Judy was a great cook and made the best pancakes.

Family & Friends are invited to visit from 5 pm to 8 pm on Monday, March 6th at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ and from 9:30 am to 10:45 am on Tuesday, March 7th at Church of the Incarnation, 240 Main Street, Mantua, NJ where a funeral Mass will be held at 11 am. Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill, NJ.
