Kathryn Marie Thompson, 51, of Roxborough Philadelphia, passed away December 13, 2015 in Mantua, New Jersey at home. Kathy was born to Benjamin (deceased) and Claire Thompson on October 13, 1964. She is survived by Mother- Claire Thompson, daughter- Crystal Thompson, Sister- Theresa Fabrico, nieces -Julie & Gina Fabrico, Great-nieces -Angelina & Giavanna Mack, and step-father Eugene King. Kathy enjoyed taking care of animals, spending time with her family, and talking to anyone that would come her way. A Memorial service will be held at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua NJ 08051 on Saturday December 19, 2015 at 1:30pm. In lieu of flowers family is requesting to bring an unwrapped child's toy to be donated to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and/or an animal toy or food to be donated to the local Animal shelter in Kathy's memory.
