Katie R. Esposito (nee: Barton) age 43, of Wenonah, passed Tuesday, February 28, 2023. Katie was a wonderful mother to her son, Michael. Whether on the sidelines of the soccer field, the bleachers beside the pool, or supporting events at his school, she loved and supported him unconditionally. Katie is also survived by her husband Mike Esposito, mother Eileen Barton, brothers James and Chris Barton and his wife Jessica. She is missed by her community for her charity work including the founding of Inside the Badge, a non-profit raising awareness and support for police officers lost to suicide. Katie’s smile could warm the coldest heart, and her wit enlightened the darkest minds. We are all shaken by her untimely passing but know that she is being lovingly embraced by her dad, Jay, in Heaven.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, March 6, 2023 at Church of the Incarnation 240 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051, with inurnment to be private at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Blackwood, New Jersey 08085.
