Obituary for Krystyn DiLuigi

Krystyn DiLuigi-Vivarelli, 26, of Ocean View, originally of Sewell, passed away after a brief illness on July 15,
2022 at AtlantiCare Mainland Division. Krystyn graduated with honors from Stockton University with Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). She worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) since 2018 at AtlantiCare City Division, in Atlantic City, and was enrolled in the Doctor of Nursing (DNP) program at Stockton University to acquire certification as a Family Practice Nurse. Krystyn also served as the President of the Nurses Club at Stockton University. She adored being a Dog Mom, and her passion for life was only surpassed by her ability to be a caregiver. Her hobbies included mountain climbing, hiking, traveling, reading, education, visiting the beach and sewing. When Krystyn wasn’t studying for an upcoming exam to maintain her 4.0 GPA, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, fierce advocacy of those in need, devotion to her friends and family, and generous heart.

The impact of Krystyn’s years as a student and nurse within the Stockton University community will continue in a Memorial created by the School of Health Services to honor her compassion, exemplary work, and devotion to improving the healthcare of the more fragile populations. The Faculty at Stockton University has created a Scholarship in her honor entitled Krystyn DiLuigi-Vivarelli Love of Nursing Scholarship. Krystyn continued to shine as a bright light even after her passing with three individuals benefitting from her commitment to be an organ donor. She is survived by her loving husband, Andrew, dog Lily, and parents, Ken and Patti of Sewell, New Jersey. A Celebration of Life service for Krystyn will be private.
