Leona "Sissie" Heffron age 74, of Newfield, NJ passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2016. Born in Philadelphia, she worked at casinos in Atlantic City, most recently at the Taj Mahal. Leona enjoyed coloring, crocheting, reading, telling amazing stories, loved various types of music, and watched Frozen and Downtown Abby all the time.

She is survived by her children Leona (William) Carlin of Newfield and Brian (Tracy) Heffron of South Philadelphia, 3 grandchildren, Heather, Billy, & John, 3 great grandchildren Enthoni, Ethanele, Ethanela, her brother James Bell and her sister, Marie Bambare, Leona was predeceased by her sister, Judy Cheeseman and her grandson Ethan.

Family and Friends may visit from 9 AM to 10:30 AM on Wednesday, February 17th, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ. A funeral Mass will follow at 11 AM in Church of the Incarnation, 240 Main Street Mantua, NJ. Interment will be private. As an expression of sympathy contributions can be made to Leona's family.
