Marion A. "Nina" Brickner age 89, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2019. Nina lived in Mantua Terrace and Mantua Heights for 84 years, working at SS Kreske and KMart. She was an 80+ year member of Mantua United Methodist Church and a member of the JUG Class. She enjoyed puzzles, playing cards, Bingo and Pokeno. Nina also enjoyed shopping at the outlets, making fudge and zucchini bread.

Predeceased by her husband, James "Jim" Sr. who passed Aug. 1996. Also predeceased by her sisters Mae Derocher and Nancy Chew; brothers Charles "Buck" Beck and John "Jerry" Beck. Survived by her children, James L. Brickner, Jr. (Mary), Richard L. Brickner (Annette), John C. Brickner (Corrine), and Nancy B. Pennell (Dave); 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; sister, Alice Williams; and brother Larry Beck (Shirley).

Her family would like to thank all the staff at Shady Lane Nursing Home for their care & kindness.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, October 28th and from 9:30 am to 11:00 am Tuesday, October 29th at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, with burial to follow at Eglington Cemetery.
