Marion Hooper age 88, of "Oak Valley" Deptford Twp. passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019. She was born in Lock Haven, PA to Forrest Yearick and Margaret (Kimach). Marion was a Registered Nurse in the Maternity Department at Underwood Memorial Hospital. She and her husband were among the first members of St. Margaret's Catholic Church in Woodbury Heights. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening and pageants. Most of all she loved her family and adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Wife of the late James F. Hooper Sr., Marion is survived by her children, Lorraine Sipos and her husband John, Marilyn Jezierski and her husband Joseph, Mary Ellen Hooper, Maureen Traum and her husband Mark, James Hooper Jr. and his wife Maryann, and Karen McGowan and her husband Joseph, 15 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, her brother, Marvin Yearick, and two sisters, Rose Cox and Cheryl Kinney.

Family and Friends may visit from 6 pm to 8 pm on Friday, February 15th, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ and from 9:45 am to 10:45 am on Saturday, February 16th at Church of The Incarnation, 240 Main Street Mantua, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am on Saturday, at Church of The Incarnation. Burial will follow in Wenonah Cemetery. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com
