Obituary for Nancy Elizabeth Carter
Nancy Elizabeth Carter, age 92, formerly of Mantua, NJ passed away in High Point, NC on February 24, 2023. She was born on December 28, 1930, in Jenkintown, PA. She was an active member of Southwood Baptist Church in Woodbury, NJ, and a self-employed hairdresser for over 40 years.
Nancy was predeceased by her husband of 46 years, Melvin Carter who passed away on January 17, 1996. She is survived by her younger sister, Phyllis Urbansky of Mantua, NJ; two daughters, Lora Eastlack of High Point, NC and Beth Jones of Mantua, NJ; five grandchildren, Chad Eastlack of High Point, NC, Allison Eastlack Williard of San Diego, CA, Denise Jones of Orange County, CA, Jonathan Jones of Goodlettsville, TN, Jason Jones of Pilesgrove, NJ; and 20 great-grandchildren.
