Paul R. Schaubeck, age 91 of Mantua, NJ died Thursday morning, October 18, 2018 peacefully at the Mews Assisted Living facility. Born in New York City, he was a long-time resident of Mantua. Devoted husband to the late Dolores E. for 56 years and brother to the deceased Richard and Anna. Paul is a veteran who served in the Navy towards the end of WWII. He retired from Pearl Pressman Liberty Printers in Philadelphia. Paul was a farmer at heart who enjoyed growing vegetables. He also enjoyed winters in Florida, traveling in his RV, spending time with family and friends, hunting, and throwing horseshoes with a cigar and a cold beer. He is survived by children, Paul E. (Michelle) Schaubeck, Thomas (Joan) Schaubeck, James (Marcy) Schaubeck, 5 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, niece Debra (Paul) Allbright, and many more nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday, October 26, 2018 at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ where funeral services will be held at 11:00 am.
