Peggy Dolores Ivins (nee Jones) age 83, of Paulsboro passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019. Peggy adored her late husband Elwood whom she shared so many special memories with. She also loved her job at 3M which she worked for many years until retiring. Spending time with her family was very special to her as well as always shopping for special treats for her “greats”. She enjoyed dancing, fishing, shopping, vacationing, going to the casino, bingo with her sister, and was an avid animal lover.
Wife of the late Elwood Ivins, she is survived by daughter Donna Reagan (Mike), son Bill Ayres, three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren and her sister Dorothy Kent. Stepsons Bob Ivins (Jean) and Tom Ivins (Bernadette), five step grandchildren, nine step great grandchildren, and three step great great grandchildren.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Wenonah Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Salem County Humane Society, North Game Creek Road, P.O. Box 214, Carney's Point NJ 08069.
