Rest in Peace "Brother-in-law"

It is with a very heavy heart that I sit here and try to find the words to say good bye to you, my "Brother"-in-law Phil. So many wonderful memories with you and Pat, and Ed and I and our children. Wonderful memories of our children growing up together and all of us at each others house just hanging out. You stayed a part of the "Quigley" Family even after the passing of my beloved Sister Pat. You always made a point to come to every family event, even our crazy Christmas Parties! This past year has been so extremely hard and challenging for you. You fought so hard to win this battle and you did for a while. I will always remember the "Light the Night" walk for Leukemia. You and I walked arm and arm at the last lap of the walk. You were getting tired but were determined to make it to the finish line. I am so glad I got to your house on Wednesday when I did. To be able to hold your hand and try to bring you some comfort in your final hour. You now join my beloved Sister Pat, and all of your loved ones who have gone before you. Your smile and presence will truly be missed. I will forever hold you in my heart with love and gratefulness that I had the opportunity to have such a wonderful relationship with you and have you in my life. My love forever, Kathy
