Robert Charles Hopely Sr. age 83, of Sewell passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022. Bob was born in Philadelphia and was retired from Air Products. He was an avid car guy who was active in numerous Clubs and organizations. Bob loved spending time at Bridgeport Speedway, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Bob was predeceased by his parents Bessie & Philip Hopely, his brother Phil and his grandson Eric.
Survived by his sister - Marion Hopely, his wife- Valerie (Worrell) Hopely, his sons- Robert C. Jr. and his wife Peggy of Tombstone AZ, Steven and his wife Denise of Mantua, Craig and his wife Carol of Mantua, his daughter - Lynn of Wrightstown, NJ. Grandchildren- Matthew, Mark and his wife Emily, Gregory and his wife Rachel, Ryan, Sara, Shanna, and great grandchildren - Alexia, Colton. and Savannah.

Family and Friends are invited to visit from 9:30 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday. Burial to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Hurffville, NJ .
