Robert Lewis Rowe Sr. age 85 of Mantua Township passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at home. Born in Pittsgrove, NJ to the late Harlan Rowe and Alma (nee Shelmire), he served in the US Navy for four years. Robert was a welder for Chicago Bridge & Iron specializing in gas and oil projects. In his spare time he enjoyed reading his Bible, painting, gardening, cooking, playing the guitar and watching Fox News.

Husband of the late Dorothy Irene Rowe, he is survived by his children, Tammy Rowe, Pamela Rowe Vanmatre, Bonnie Rowe Dankanich & her husband Martin, Robert Rowe Jr.; Grandchildren Latisha Galvan Vreeland & her husband Jason, Geddy Rowe Galvan, Raymond Travis Vanmatre Jr. & his wife Alyssa, Miranda Vanmatre, Michael Rowe & his wife Eriko, Matthew Dankanich, Zachary Dankanich; Great Grandchildren Chase Vreeland, Quinn Vreeland, Reece Vreeland, Alexander Rowe; his sister, Joyce Baer & her husband Orville; his brother, Gerald Rowe & his wife Jen; his sister-in-law, Miriam Rowe; and multiple nieces & nephews and cousins. Robert was predeceased by his brother, Jack Rowe.
