Ronald W. Griffith, age 78 of Clarksboro passed on Sunday. February 19, 2023, at home. “Ron” as most knew him by served as a Military Intelligence Coordinator for the United States Army 108th Military Intelligence Group from 1966-1968. He worked at the Philadelphia Navy Yard and retired from working at Valero in Paulsboro.
In his younger years, Ron coached softball and played darts and horseshoes at Mt. Royal Inn. Ron enjoyed spending his summers camping and fishing at Lake Kandle in Sewell for many years and was a snowbird, spending winters in Florida with his late wife, Judy. When he was home, Ron enjoyed going to Happy Hour at Mt. Royal Inn and Riverwinds, watching the planes take off and land over the Delaware River.

Ron is survived by several siblings, brother & sister-in-laws and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Judith.

Private graveside service with military honors and burial will be held at Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, NJ.
