Ruth D. Vink age 97 of Wenonah passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2015. Born in Vineland, NJ she served in the Navy during WWII and the Korean War. Ruth loved to read and was an avid swimmer and a member of the Healthy Back Swim Club at the YMCA in Woodbury. In her younger years she traveled the world with her husband.

Wife of the late Alphons J. Vink, she is survived by her sister, Alda Kumfert, & brother Robert Kumfert both of Wenonah, nieces and nephews, June Gargano & her husband Joseph, Gary Kumfert & his wife Joyce, Michele Kumfert, Donna Majkszak, Chris Martin and his wife Vicki, Dave Martin, and Kathy Danzinger. Ruth was predeceased by her sister Jean Martin and her husband Joe.

Family & friends are invited to visit from 10 to 11 AM on Thursday, February 12th, at Southwood Baptist Church, 11 Griscom Lane, West Deptford, NJ. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM followed by a committal service with military honors at Wenonah Cemetery. Contributions can be made to a charity of your choice.
