Scott K. Hoover age 66, formerly of Hampton Bays, NY, and recently of Sewell, NJ passed Tuesday, October 11, 2022, surrounded by his family. He was retired from Hampton Brake where he worked as an Automotive Technician. Scott was very social and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed traveling with his wife, going to festivals, art, and music venues, learning about local history, and visiting historic places.

Scott is survived by his loving wife Nancy Hoover (nee Stillings), his sister, Patricia (Keith) Trievel of Pennsylvania, niece Jill (David) Matos of New York, his sisters-in-laws' Susan (Edwin) Berwick, Bonnie Anderson, Suzanne Stillings and numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. Scott was predeceased by his parents Luther and Miriam Hoover, his brother Dale and Susan Hoover, his in laws Winfield and Gretchen Stillings, brother-in-law Frank Stillings, and sister-in-law Sharon Stillings.

Family and Friends are invited to visit from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sunday, October 23, 2022, at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051 and Monday, October 24, 2022, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, New Jersey 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am with burial to follow at Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro, NJ 08020.
