Stephen J.  Burger 3rd
Stephen J. Burger, 3rd age 51, of Pitman died Sunday Oct. 2, 2005 at Hahnemann University Hospital. Born in Bridgeton, he had been a Pitman resident for 28 years. He had been active with the Pitman Athletic Association coaching football and wrestling. He helped with the Gloucester County 4-H events, and enjoyed watching Ohio State Football and Nascar. Steve attended Hardingville Bible Church and enjoyed gardening. His grandchildren and special time with niece Georgia were very important to him! The family expresses a special thanks to his friend Jim. Husband of Susan J. (nee Lucas). He is also survived by three sons Stephen J. Burger 4th and his wife Carrie of Pitman, Shaun J. and his wife Adrienne of Hilliard, OH, Scott J. and his wife Melissa of Pittsgrove, 3 grandchildren Cheyenne, Kaitlyn, & Tyler, his parents Alberta & Stephen J. Burger Jr. of Englewood, FL, one sister Marjorie Glaspey and her husband Charles of Springdale, AR, and one brother Jeffrey Burger of Englewood, FL. Relatives and friends may visit with the family 10AM to 12 Noon Thursday at the Hardingville Bible Church 284 Whig Lane Hardingville, NJ (www.Hardingville.com). Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park. Contributions in Stephen's memory may be made to Hardingville Bible Church 284 Whig Lane, Monroeville, NJ 08343.
