Obituary for Steven Randazzo

Steven Randazzo, age 60, of Sewell passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016. Born in Philadelphia, he served honorably, in the US Navy, proudly serving on the USS Edward McDonnell (Eddie Mac), and the USS Capodanno. He was a devoted member of Mt. Zion Methodist Church, in Barnsboro and member of Honor Flight, as Guardian to World War II and Korean War vets on trips to see the war memorials in Washington, DC. Among his hobbies were gardening, working on cars, playing basketball, watching the 76ers & other Philly teams, and helping friends. He loved animals, walking the boards in Wildwood, crabbing, traveling, "road trips", and his granddaughter's visits here.

Survived by loving wife, Alice Randazzo (Walker), son Mark Randazzo of Battle Creek, MI, granddaughter Jade Randazzo (who was born on his birthday) of Mesa, AZ. Predeceased by father Americo (Larry) Randazzo. Also survived by mother Catherine Randazzo, brothers David & Richard Randazzo, beloved in-laws Charles (Janice) Walker, Mike (Tammy) Walker, Cathie (Frank) Grillo, Jane (Don) Bonney. Family and Friends are invited to visit from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesday Apr. 20th and from 9:30 am to 11:00 am Thursday, April 21st at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am. Burial with military honors to follow at Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery in Monroe Township, NJ. Donations can be made to Mt.
