Obituary for Theresa Concordia (DiBernardi)
Theresa Concordia (nee DiBernardi) age 102, of Mantua passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019. Theresa loved spending time with her family.
Theresa was predeceased by her husband Gene; survived by her children, Vera Pollock (late Gene), Louis Concordia (Diane), Ronald Concordia (Rita) and Gene Concordia (Linda); 16 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son John.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 18th and 9:00 am to 10:15 am on Wednesday, June 19th at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Mantua, NJ 08051. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am at Church Of The Incarnation, 240 Main Street, Mantua. Burial will follow at Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Caring Hospice Services, 133-Q Gaither Dr., Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054 or Incarnation Quilting Ministry at the above address. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com
