The first time I met Tom he was running for the Op Board. He was confident, informed and friendly. He worked hard for the residents and cared so much for his community. I always admired him and his devotion to improving life on the Peninsula. He will be sorely missed.

Tom has been a long time friend in Ocean Pines. He loved living here and made so many wonderful friends. I think he found the perfect place for retirement. Tom served the community as a member of the Ocean Pines Board of Directors and Choptank Electric Board But my founders memory is him Enjoying himself on the golf course with buddies and attending bonfires on the beach with the “gang” We will all miss you my friend
