Obituary for Wallace G. Merriell
Wallace G. Merriell age 88, of Oak Valley on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill. Born in Woodbury, he was a graduate of Woodbury High School and attended Pierce Business School in Philadelphia. He served in the Army during the Korean War, and was retired from Anchor Hocking, Inc.
Survived by his wife of 66 years, Joan E. Merriell (Turner), he is also survived by 5 children, Kevin, David, Steven, Colleen and Melody, and 15 grandchildren.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 pm, with military honors and burial at Eglington Cemetery.
